KEREN!!! SMPN 1 JAKEN MEMBUAT APLIKASI PENGADUAN SISWA BERBASIS ONLINE SEBAGAI INOVASI SEKOLAH
Jaken, 20 Maret 2024. Penyebarluasan informasi dan advokasi kebijakan inovasi daerah menjadi topik yang semakin penting dalam mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Pemerintah daerah di seluruh negeri kini gencar menerapkan berbagai strategi untuk memastikan bahwa inovasi dan kebijakan terbaru diketahui dan dipahami oleh masyarakat luas. Upaya ini diharapkan dapat juga mempercepat informasi yang disampaikan siswa di SMP N 1 Jaken.
Penyebarluasan informasi adalah kunci dalam memastikan transparansi dan akuntabilitas kebijakan di sekolah. Di era digital saat ini, SMP N 1 Jaken memanfaatkan berbagai platform, termasuk media sosial, website resmi, dan aplikasi mobile, untuk menyampaikan informasi dari siswa ke pihak sekolah. Contoh terbaru adalah peluncuran aplikasi “sipalingpd” oleh SMP N 1 Jaken yang bertujuan memberikan update real-time mengenai permasalahan yang terjadi di lingkungan SMP N 1 Jaken.
Kepala Sekolah SMP N 1 Jaken, Slamet Suladi, S.Pd, M.Pd, menyatakan bahwa aplikasi ini merupakan langkah penting dalam meningkatkan pengaduan siswa ke pihak sekolah. “Siswa perlu tahu apa yang harus disampaikan dan bagaimana siswa juga bisa berpartisipasi. Dengan aplikasi ini, kita berharap dapat memudahkan siswa dalam menyampaikan keluhan yang dirasakan dilingkungan sekolah,yang berhubungan dengan kesiswaan, guru, sarpras, adiwiyata, dan kurikulum” ujarnya.
Kepala Sekolah SMP N 1 Jaken, Slamet Suladi, S.Pd, M.Pd, menjelaskan bahwa program aplikasi ”sipalingpd” tidak hanya tentang teknologi dalam sebuah aplikasi, tetapi juga tentang cara berpikir yang inovatif. “Kita harus berani mencoba hal-hal baru dan melibatkan semua pemangku kepentingan di lingkungan sekolah untuk menemukan solusi terbaik bagi kemajuan sekolah kita. Advokasi kebijakan ini penting agar semua pihak merasa memiliki dan terlibat dalam proses perubahan,” katanya.
Namun, penyebarluasan informasi dan advokasi kebijakan inovasi tidak lepas dari tantangan. Salah satu tantangan utama adalah resistensi terhadap perubahan, baik dari birokrasi internal maupun masyarakat. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, edukasi dan pelatihan berkelanjutan menjadi sangat penting. Pemerintah daerah perlu mengadakan workshop, seminar, dan kampanye publik untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan dukungan terhadap kebijakan inovatif.
Dengan segala upaya ini, diharapkan inovasi daerah dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien, membawa dampak positif yang nyata bagi sekolah. Kepala Sekolah SMP N 1 Jaken, Slamet Suladi, S.Pd, M.Pd, menekankan bahwa inovasi adalah kunci untuk masa depan pengembangan sekolah yang lebih baik.
Penyebarluasan informasi dan advokasi kebijakan inovasi daerah merupakan dua aspek penting dalam mendorong pengembangan yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan sekolah. Dengan strategi yang tepat dan kerjasama yang solid, pihak sekolah dapat memastikan bahwa setiap kebijakan inovatif yang diterapkan dapat memberikan manfaat maksimal bagi siswa dan sekolah. Tantangan memang ada, tetapi dengan komitmen dan kerja keras, transformasi yang diharapkan pasti dapat terwujud.
